Lee Safar and the Museum of Sydney

Last night I went to an excellent concert featuring Lee Safar and it was mind-blowing! Lee is a local Sydney girl who works at a nearby coffee shop and this was her last concert in Australia before she heads up to the States to further her career. She is going to be in the LA area so any of you living there or visiting keep an eye out for her :) She's even going to be headlining an after party for a benefit baseball game that the Twilight crew is holding!

Other than that I also visited the Museum of Sydney to check out a really cool exhibit featuring Martin Sharp a Sydney artist who did a lot of awesome posters for Luna Park. unfortunately I couldn't take pictures to share with you, but here's the museum page for a peak into it :) The other featured exhibit featured Kings Cross (the area where I am staying) and its fabulous and scandalous lifestyle from the 70s. There were some great shots and fun music! It was very interesting to see where it all came from :)

Hugs & kisses! and GO USA! (I've been catching my fair share of crap while we've been watching the Olympics here)

  1. Sounds like you are having fun! I've been watching the Olympics, Oz isn't doing to bad!! Going up to Vancouver tomorrow to see the general hoopla (and maybe an event, if the price is right!)
